Here at Sian Bostwick Jewellery we always dress to be ourselves and color, patterns and vintage twists are all linked in with our creativity. So it was fab to compare with others how personal style affects your creative output and productivity in general.

She says: “What I wear is a expression of who I am and what I do. I’ve always dressed creatively and I love playing with colour, pattern and retro 1950s elements. These are such an expression of my style and my creativity that when I have to dress in smart office-style in blacks, greys and beige's for whatever necessary occasion, I feel stifled, straitjacketed and almost claustrophobic. My innate creativity becomes trapped and hidden, unable to express itself at all. For a business based on may ability to design, make and market beautiful jewels though my own creativity dressing super smart all the time is a complete killer to everything I need to do.”
